Ashdown:
Ashdown amps have long been a respected name as far as European imports go. Products of British engineering, these puppies will give you the superior tone and quality you want. |
 |
Gabriel:
The Gabriel Sound Garage is one of the more exciting of the upstart boutique amp brands that have come about in the last decade. Company founder Gabriel Bucataru worked closely with designers of early Marshall and Fender amps, intent on producing a class A amplifier with the best qualities of the classic British and American amps we love. Gabriel amps are also designed to be more than utiliarian, with a distinctive style incorporating black and yellow tolex. Some of GSG's innovations include a Greenback/Blueback 2x12 iso cabinet, and the Voxer, an 18w class A tank that has the best qualities of classic Vox and Fender amps. |
 |
Orange:
Known for their signature orange tolex and incredible tone, Orange makes some of the best British amps around. In the early days they eschewed the "fender cross" preamp style and designed their own, giving them a signature tone that has been celebrated for decades. Since then, Orange has released a variety of new amps with more variety in tone and just as much pure tube muscle as the classics. Our pick is the Rockerverb50. 2 channels, a broad range of awesome tones, and some 'verb. What more do you need? |

Stagg:
Beginner's rejoice: we carry a solid and dependable practice amp that starts at only $90. We recommend the Stagg20GAR. It's got a 2 channels, a 4 band EQ, reverb, CD/MP3 input and headphone (to keep you and your neighbors are happy.) As always, students get %10 off. |

Tech 21:
Tech
21 might be better known for their pedals (like the Sans-Amp), but their amplifiers have the same quality and are made in the USA. We currently carry the Trademark series. As far as practice amps go they're a bit pricier, but the features and construction are well worth it.
